Our partners in manufacturing use the latest technology to produce a precision milled and properly kiln dried product. We require extensive quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process. The final step in the process is to apply an aluminum oxide factory finish. This 8 coat process includes sanding, sealer, aluminum oxide which gives the finish its hardness, and then the final top coat. Our prefinished flooring carries a 50 year warranty for residential use.
